At DIAMONDARA, every transaction is handled with the highest standards of security and discretion.

Secure Payments

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All card payments are subject to authorization and security validation by the relevant payment provider and/or card issuer.

For certain orders, additional information may be requested to verify the purchaser, payment method, or delivery address before an order can be approved and dispatched.

High-Value Orders

For the protection of our clients and the security of our creations:

  • Orders below $5,000 USD may be paid using the secure payment methods available at checkout.
  • Orders of $5,000 USD and above are completed by bank transfer following order verification.
  • Certain high-value orders may be subject to additional identity verification before payment is accepted or the order is released for shipment.
  • Verification may include government-issued identification and, where appropriate, additional verification requested by our payment or security partners.
  • DIAMONDARA reserves the right to request additional information, delay processing, or decline an order when required for security, fraud-prevention, regulatory, or payment-validation purposes.

Order Verification

Placing an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

DIAMONDARA may conduct payment, identity, address, fraud-prevention and security checks before confirming and dispatching an order.

If an order cannot be satisfactorily verified, DIAMONDARA reserves the right to contact the customer for additional information, delay fulfillment, or cancel the order and issue any applicable refund.

Secure Delivery

Every DIAMONDARA creation is shipped using a secure, trackable delivery service appropriate to the value and destination of the order.

Shipments are insured in transit until delivery.

Signature Upon Delivery

For jewelry orders valued at $1,000 USD or more, a signature will be required upon delivery.

The shipment may only be released to the recipient or an authorized person at the designated delivery address, subject to the applicable carrier’s procedures.

For certain high-value orders, DIAMONDARA or its delivery partner may require additional identity verification at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that the recipient is available to personally receive the shipment.

High-Value Secure Delivery

For particularly high-value creations, DIAMONDARA may use a specialized secure delivery service and additional delivery procedures.

Depending on the destination and value of the order:

  • Delivery may be restricted to the verified delivery address.
  • The recipient may be required to present valid identification.
  • The carrier may require additional confirmation before releasing the parcel.
  • Delivery may not be available to P.O. boxes, unattended locations, or certain collection points.
