Delivery

We’re proud to offer FREE FedEx® shipping on every order within the US and to 43 international countries. Every Diamondara purchase qualifies for free expedited shipping. All shipments are fully insured and shipped via FedEx 2 Day. We require processing times of between 1-3 weeks depending on each ring and ring size so please consult with one of our experts via Email for exact details. Since jewelry is often given for engagement or another special occasion, we will be extremely flexible to help you create a wonderful surprise. We can ship to the nearest FedEx location and have the package securely held for you to pick up or we can ship to an address other than your home to help you maintain your surprise.

Returns

Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within the first 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Simply follow the return procedures listed below:

  1. Contact our Customer Service department at sales@diamondara.com
  2. Advise the representative that you wish to return your order.
  3. Within one business day of your email, we will email you return instructions on how to safely and securely package your items.
  4. Take your order to the nearest FedEx/UPS/USPS location and simply mail it back to us. If you need packaging materials, FedEx/UPS/USPS will assist you.
  5. All refunds will be processed within two business days, in the form of the original purchase method.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products such as special orders or personalized items are not refundable. This includes making changes or making a customized request on metal type, stone size, stone quality, ring size, and engraving as such. We also cannot accept refunds or returns on items that are specified as closeout or final sales items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
