DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?
Yes, we ship internationally for free. Keep in mind, that our international customers are responsible for any duties or taxes required through customs clearance. Please note, all international orders are final sale.
ARE YOUR SHIPMENTS SECURE?
We offer complementary shipping on all orders. All packages are insured with FedEx. Once your item has shipped, we will update you with a tracking number. Please make sure that you are available at the time of delivery as a signature will be required upon arrival
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our rings are made to order. Our processing time is 2-4 weeks. We will update you with tracking information as soon as it is ready to ship!
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa , MasterCard and all major debit and credit cards. We DO NOT accept money orders, checks, or cash.
WHAT IF MY JEWELRY GETS LOST DURING SHIPMENT?
Diamondara takes every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely. Your order is fully insured during transit, and we require a signature for every package.
ARE YOUR DIAMONDS REAL?
All of our diamonds are 100% real, we carry both natural mined diamonds and lab grown diamonds as well. Every ring comes with diamond certification as well as an appraisal document for insurance purposes.
DO YOUR ITEM COMES WITH CERTIFICATES AND APPRAISALS?
Every item we sell comes with a full detailed certificate of authenticity which is also an appraisal for insurance purposes, furthermore most rings come with a diamond report by one of the leaders gemological laboratories (GIA,AGI,IGI and GRA) depending on the ring of choice.
DO YOU CHARGE TAX FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Value added tax (VAT) is charged to all international clients by your local customs or duties office. VAT charges are based on the location of the recipient. Please contact your local FedEx office to find out the exact rate charged at the time of delivery.
WHAT IS COVERED BY YOUR LIFETIME WARRANTY?
The lifetime warranty on your jewelry covers services like cleaning, polishing, prong tightening and rhodium plating — all at manufacturer cost price only.
However, along with our lifetime warranty, it is important to have your jewelry insured in the event of loss, damage or theft. We trust Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company and its Perfect Circle® Jewelry Insurance. Jewelers Mutual has specialized in jewelry insurance for over a century, they also make insuring your jewelry quick and easy.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may send it back to us within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund. This does not apply to custom orders, unless stated otherwise.
Are the diamonds conflict free?
Yes, our natural and lab grown diamonds are conflict free. We support the work of the international Kimberley Process which monitors the origin of rough diamonds to ensure that diamond sales are not being used to finance conflicts.
