Lifetime Warranty
Diamondara is devoted to creating jewelry that will become beloved possessions and will last for years. To ensure our clients can trust in the quality of their investment, we offer a limited lifetime warranty covering all our jewelry. We stand by each of the pieces we craft, guaranteeing that all our jewelry is free of any manufacturing flaws at the time of delivery; should any arise, repair will be free.
With a lifetime of protection, we are committed to upholding your jewelry investment on both ends. You’ll have peace of mind knowing that we will do everything in our power to help you with any and all issues that might arise.
Our warranty only applies if the repair is performed by Diamondara Jewelry. If a jewelry store other than ours repairs your jewelry, the warranty will be void and the product will no longer have any protection.
The following are examples of common jewelry issues that would NOT be considered a manufacturing defect:
- The discoloration of precious metals is caused by being in contact with make-up, lotions, chemicals, and alcohol. We recommend removing your jewelry when you are going into a pool, hot tub, or bathing.
- Metal or prongs that was worn down from wear and tear that require restoration work.
- Prongs coming loose, catching on clothing, worn out, or distortion of metal over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing a diamond to fall out.
- The loss of a diamond is caused by damage from everyday wear or from other damage.
- Negligence to your jewelry whether it may be accidental or intentional damage to our jewelry.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products such as special orders or personalized items are not refundable. This includes making changes or making a customized request on metal type, stone size, stone quality, ring size, and engraving as such. We also cannot accept refunds or returns on items that are specified as closeout or final sales items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
